Template Protostar
- fluid - Co dãn để nội dung trang web luôn luôn tràn đầy 100% cửa sổ trình duyệt (width: 100%)
- static - Giới hạn độ rộng tối đa (max-width: 960px, width: 100%)
Tuy nhiên ở cả 2 chế độ này điều để hiển thị tốt trên trình duyệt desktop và mobile

The difference between the fluid and static is that fluid will take 100% of the screen and all times, resizing when the browser is grown/shrunk. Static however has a maximum size and can only shrink from that value.
Both are adaptive, meaning they display well on mobile devices and as such but only the fluid setting is truly responsive.
In terms of whether it makes a difference or not which setting to use. Well that depends on personal preference as both settings are coded well and display nicely on the different browsers.
