Bạn có thể thêm Field vào Articles, Users hoặc Contacts để thêm thông tin vào các mục này trong khi soạn thảo.

Field là gì?

Trong trình soạn thảo 

Fields có thể ví như những tính năng được dấu kín mà nếu bạn biết, bạn cần thì lấy ra xài mà thôi, còn bình thường là nó được ẩn đi để giữ giao diện không quá phức tạp

Tạo Field

  • Articles: Content > Fields hoặc Content > Articles: Fields
  • Users: Users > Fields hoặc Users → Manage: Fields
  • Contacts: Components > Contacts: Fields

 

  • Title*: Tên filed.
  • Type:. The Type of the Custom Field.
    • Calendar: Hiển thị thời gian, ngày tháng (ngoài create, publish..). Ví dụ như ngày cập nhật
    • Checkboxes: checkboxes field.
    • Colour: color field.
    • Editor: editor field.
    • Integer: integer field.
    • List: list field.
    • List of images: imagelist field.
    • Media: media field.
    • Radio: radio field.
    • Repeatable: repeatable field.
    • SQL: sql field.
    • Text: text field.
    • Text Area: textarea field.
    • URL: url field.
    • User: user field.
    • User Groups: usergrouplist field.
  • Name. The Name will be used to identify the field. Leave this blank and Joomla will fill in a default value from the title.
  • Label. The label of the field to display. If blank auto-generated from title.
  • Description. A description of the field that will be displayed in the label tooltip.
  • Required. (Yes/No). Is this a mandatory field.

  • Title*: Modified Date
  • Type:. Calendar
  • Name. modified-date
  • Label. Cập nhật ngày
  • Description. lần cập nhật gần đây nhất
  • Required. (Yes/No). Yes

Depending on the Type:

Type: Calendar:

Default Date. The default date of the field. The value can be an ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS) or NOW, which displays the actual date.
Show Time. (Yes/No) If enabled, the calendar field expects a date and time and will also display the time. The formats are localised using the regular language strings.
Type: Checkboxes:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Checkbox Values. The values of the checkboxes. Enter the label and the value. Through the images at the end you can add, delete or move values
Type: Colour:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Type: Editor:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Show Buttons. (Use from plugin/Yes/No) Should the editor-xtd plugin buttons be shown.
Hide Buttons. Select some options.

Width. Defines the width (in pixels) of the WYSIWYG editor and defaults to 100%.
Height. Defines the height (in pixels) of the WYSIWYG editor and defaults to 250px.
Filter. Allow the system to save certain html tags or raw data.Use from Plugin: Use from the plugin.
No: Not.
Raw: Raw.
Safe HTML: Safe HTML.
Text: Text.
Alpha Numeric: Alpha Numeric. Note: Available in Type "Text" and "Text Area".
Integer: Integer. Note: Available in Type "Text" and "Text Area".
Float: Float. Note: Available in Type "Text" and "Text Area".
Telephone: Telephone. Note: Available in Type "Text" and "Text Area".
Type: Integer:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Multiple. (Use from plugin/Yes/No) Allow multiple values to be selected.
First. This value is the lowest on the list.
Last. This value is the highest on the list.
Step. Each option will be the previous option incremented by this integer, starting with the first value until the last value is reached.
Type: List:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Multiple. (Use from plugin/Yes/No) Allow multiple values to be selected.
List Values. The values of the list. Enter the label and the value. Through the images at the end you can add, delete or move values
Type: List of Images:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Directory. (Use from plugin/...) The filesystem path to the directory containing the image files to be listed relative to the default image folder.
Multiple. (Use from plugin/Yes/No) Allow multiple values to be selected.
Image Class. The class which is added to the image (src tag).
Type: Media:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Directory. (Use from plugin/...) The filesystem path to the directory containing the image files to be listed relative to the default image folder.
Preview. (Use from plugin/Tooltip/Inline/No) Shows or hides the preview of the selected image.
Image Class. The class which is added to the image (src tag).
Type: Radio:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Radio Values. The values of the radio list. Enter the label and the value. Through the images at the end you can add, delete or move values
Type: SQL:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Query. The SQL query which will provide the data for the dropdown list. The query must return two columns; one called 'value' which will hold the values of the list items; the other called 'text' containing the text in the dropdown list.
Multiple. (Use from plugin/Yes/No) Allow multiple values to be selected.
Type: Text:

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Filter. Allow the system to save certain html tags or raw data.Use from Plugin: Use from the plugin.
No: Not.
Raw: Raw.

Rows. The height of the visible text area in lines. If omitted the height is determined by the browser. The value does not limit the number of lines that may be entered.
Columns. The width of the visible text area in characters. If omitted the width is determined by the browser. The value does not limit the number of characters that may be entered.
Maximum Length. The maximum number of characters that can be entered.
Filter. Allow the system to save certain html tags or raw data.Use from Plugin: Use from the plugin.
No: Not.
Raw: Raw.
Safe HTML: Safe HTML.
Text: Text.

Default Value. The default value of the field.
Schemes. The allowed schemes.

Relative. (Use from plugin/Yes/No) Are relative URLs allowed.
Type: User:

Default User. A comma separated list of user IDs.
Type: User Groups:

Default User Groups. A comma separated list of user group IDs.
Multiple. (Use from plugin/Yes/No) Allow multiple values to be selected.
Options

Form Options

Placeholder. Placeholder text which will appear inside the field as a hint to the user for the required input.
Field Class. The class attributes of the field in the edit form. If multiple classes are needed, list them with spaces.
Label Class. The class of the label in the form. If multiple classes are needed, list them with spaces.
Show On. (Site/Administrator/Both). On which part of the site should the field be shown. Note: Only the type User does not have Show on.
Render Options

Render Class. The class attributes of the field when the field is rendered. If multiple classes are needed, list them with spaces.
Show Label. (Show/Hide). Show or Hide the label when the field renders.
Label Class. The class of the label in the output.
Automatic Display. (After Title/Before Display/After Display/No). Joomla offers some content events which are tiggered during the content creation process. This is the place to define how the custom fields should be integrated into content.
Layout. Choose an alternate layout.
Display When Read-Only. Whether to display the field on forms when read-only. Inherit defaults to value set in field group.
Publishing

Created Date. Date the item(Article, Category, Weblink, etc.) was created.
Created By. Name of the Joomla! User who created this item. This will default to the currently logged-in user. If you want to change this to a different user, click the Select User button to select a different user.
Modified Date: (Informative only) Date of last modification.
Modified By: (Informative only) Username who performed the last modification.
ID. This is a unique identification number for this item assigned automatically by Joomla!. It is used to identify the item internally, and you cannot change this number. When creating a new item, this field displays 0 until you save the new entry, at which point a new ID is assigned to it.
Permissions
Joomla lets you set permissions for fields at four levels, as follows.

Globally, using Global Configuration.
For all articles, using Article Manager→Options.
For all articles in a category, using Category Manager.
For an individual article, using Article Edit.
This is where you can enter permissions for this one field. The screen shows as follows.


To change the permissions for this field, do the following.

Select the Group by clicking its title.
Find the desired Action. Possible Actions are:Delete. Users can delete this field.
Edit. Users can edit this field.
Edit State. User can change the published state and related information for this field.
Edit Custom Field Value. Users can edit the Custom field value.
Select the desired permission for the action you wish to change. Possible settings are:Inherited. Inherited for users in this Group from the Global Configuration, Article Manager Options, or Category permissions.
Allowed. Allowed for users in this Group. Note that, if this action is Denied at one of the higher levels, the Allowed permission here will not take effect. A Denied setting cannot be overridden.
Denied. Denied for users in this Group.
Click Save. When the screen refreshes, the Calculated Setting column will show the effective permission for this Group and Action.
Toolbar
At the top, you will see the toolbar:

The functions are:

Save. Saves the field group and stays in the current screen.
Save & Close. Saves the field group and closes the current screen.
Save & New. Saves the field group and keeps the editing screen open and ready to create another field group.
Save as Copy. Saves your changes to a copy of the current field group. Does not affect the current field group. This toolbar icon is not shown if you are creating a new field group.
Close. Closes the current screen and returns to the previous screen without saving any modifications you may have made.
Help. Opens this help screen.
